To make your stay a pleasant one, we wish to acquaint you with the house rules.
Additional information is available from your host.
1. The residence is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (or by agreement with your host);
2. Guests are responsible for personal belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms, and the owner bears no responsability if they are missing;
3. The owner of the residence has the right in the absence of the guests, and in special circumstances, to enter the apartment/room to prevent, possible damage or danger.
The owner is responsible for informing the guest of his entry at the earliest availabe time;
4. Destruction of any equipment and furniture, creating a disturbance, or bothering other guests is forbidden. In particular, making noise between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and
between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is forbidden;
5. Contents of the apartment may be used only by registered guests, but the host may approve visits at a specified time if requested to do so;
6. Weapons, explosives and other incendiary materials are not permitted;
7. The use of equipment and devices that are not part of the apartment´s inventory is permitted only with the agreement of the host;
8. Bringing animals into the complex is permitted only with the approval of the host;
9. Guests are responsible for informing the host of the disappearance of or damage to any installation, furniture, devices, or appliances in the apartment/room. If the guest is
responsible for the disappearance or damage, he/she must compensate the host with the replacement value of the item;
10. Appliances and furnishings (towels, blankets) may not be taken out of the apartment/room;
11. In the event of any violation of the house rules, the host reserves the right to refuse further service to the guest;
12. Guests must turn over an ID card or passaport immediately upon arrival for registration with the Tourist Office;
13. Residence tax is paid with the bill to your host;
14. You can state your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host directly in the apartment or in writing - by mail, fax or electronic mail;
15. Any serving or allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages, or any other drinks containing alcohol is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age;
